Warranty Policy
The electric scooters and electric bikes you purchased from YOULON come with a 12-month warranty, which starts from the date you actually receive the product. The warranty covers original defects in the product's raw materials and craftsmanship. Within the 12-month warranty period, all labor and component costs required for repairs will be borne by us to ensure that the product you purchased can function properly. Please keep your purchase proof properly for reference when inquiring about warranty-related matters.
This warranty covers usage in light rain and driving through puddles on the ground, but does not include situations of prolonged submersion in water or exposure to heavy rainfall. Usage under such circumstances will render the warranty void.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Consumable items whose repaired parts are not within the warranty scope.
- Repairs required due to product accidents or reckless/intentional damage.
- Repairs requested for normal wear and tear, surface damage, or cosmetic damage.
- Failure to provide the original purchase proof.
- Second-hand products and modified products are not eligible for warranty.
How to apply for warranty and contact us
Please send a brief description of the problem, relevant photos or videos, order number, and proof of purchase to the after-sales email. Our technical team will diagnose your issue and provide a solution once the problem is identified. For issues that cannot be initially diagnosed, we will send you a troubleshooting document. You need to conduct the inspection in accordance with our testing methods and provide us with corresponding videos or pictures. Upon receiving these, we will offer a solution. If warranty service is required, we will verify your order information and delivery address, and send you the corresponding replacement parts.
