best e bike you’ll find out there for legal riding. i leave this review to say their customer service is number one they’ve been able to help and replace anything that may be damaged. look delivery drivers suck at handling heavy packages.this bike has amazing suspension 5 modes up to 30.6mph tops. the customization on this thing is crazy i ride to and from work and out in the woods with my dog and im able to put everything i need on the bike. i’ve got bags for storage better handle bars for more stability. the seat is surron style so you can swap and add covers to it for style.only downside is you’ll have to tune the bike a little bit, make sure things are tighten and realign the brakes and de-railer but that wasn’t an issue because it tonight me how to work on bikes now and i got it tuned for my style of ride brakes not too hard or soft and the gears shift effortlessly for manual biking

Bike is awesome! Looks cool. Is quick and fun. Noticed a small rip on the seat seam so I contacted them. Within one day they got back to me and arranged to have a new one sent! Excellent service and bike! Highly recommend this company!!!

Pretty sick I’ve gotten to 33mph settings I think can be tuned further i havent done much else I think it might be a great platform to build off of pretty sure an upgrade to 60v will get higher speeds

Let me start off by saying, for the price of this bike it is amazing! The power output is insane! The seat is comfortable. Only took 1 hour to assemble. Very durable.

Bike is very fast. It also has an incredible suspension system the makes the ride smooth throughout its power range. It's also built to handle anything, terrain, weather. Assembly was simple with the tools provided, and looks fantastic. Best bang for your buck.
