Had problems with the e-bike when I received it. I have yet to ride the bike due to code error 08. I contacted customer service and felt I was getting the run around. I had to trouble shoot the problem and I am not certified on e-bikes at all. Found out the throttle was faulty and now I’m waiting on a part that might take two weeks to get here. I am very disappointed with this seller. I asked for a return label and they sent me the refund policy that I have to pay $300 shipping back plus a restocking fee. I feel I don’t deserve this type of treatment. After all I spent $900 on a bike I can’t use. I do not recommend this seller at all

Really good bike, I’m 6’3 and it’s the perfect height. It has really good power and range. I’ve gone up to 3mph. It comes stock at 20 you just need to hold plus and minus then the power button to change to P05 and change it from 20 to 37. Only thing I don’t like is that every time I turn it on and change modes it beeps but other than that it’s really good.

Nice little e-bike. It's listing vs what you get is a little off but it does do the 36mph (on the dash) have not gps confirmed actual speed yet. For the price it's not a bad purchase and my grandson will definitely get some time on it.

Nice quality bike for the price range. It arrived in one large box. Easy to assemble. The body frame is sturdy and durable. It speeds up pretty quickly and runs smoothly. The battery life is better than I expected. Overall it's a great investment for summer would definitely recommend it
